Making A Purchase
As you browse, add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. You can continue to shop or go straight to the checkout. You can also order by telephone, letter or fax. We will need some details so your order can be processed. If you wish to register with us, you will not need to enter your details all over again when you next shop with us online.Payment
Payment can be via credit or debit cards, or if you prefer by cheque, though delivery of your gift vouchers may take longer using this method of payment. If you prefer you can telephone or email your credit card details. Our e-commerce software is completely secure and bank approved, and transaction details encrypted and therefore safe.Disclaimer
For recordings made at Offbeat we will do all in our power to create a top quality recording. If you are attending the session then it will assumed that you are in agreement with all production decisions and the outcome of the production. if you are not attending the session then you must advise within 48 hours of receiving your recording that you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will then make every reasonable effort to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the recording. Online Colour of gift vouchers: We do our best to accurately represent the colour of our gift vouchers via digital photography. We have no control, however, over our customers' monitor settings and therefore cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as shown on our website.Shipping And Handling
Delivery of vouchers are free within the UK and £2.00 per mail out anywhere in Europe. We post Royal Mail First Class .
All orders received by 11.00am will normally be sent out within two days to the delivery address stated on your order.Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website or over the phine or by email, credit card numbers are encrypted using Paypals encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not store any financial information relating to your credit card purchases.Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Regarding vouchers, If not satisfied, however, please advise us within 7 days of receiving your voucher. You will be issued with a full refund once we have received and examined it.

Your right to return faulty goods are protected under the EU Selling Directive.

Vouchers are valid for a minimum of nine months (excluding promotions). Please check the season of any intended activity, as this may be shorter than the Voucher validity. You will find the expiry date printed on the Voucher. You must book and complete your activity prior to the expiry date. If you are unable to use your Voucher within the validity period, the Voucher can be extended for a period of up to six months. A Voucher can only be extended once and must be done while the voucher is valid.Extended Vouchers cannot be refunded. A £15 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend your validity.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Recording or Voucher pack, please call us within 28 days of purchase and we will happily arrange a full refund on receipt of your Voucher. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order, or by cheque. No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued once a date has been booked with the provider.If you need to cancel or change your experience booking
You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. We will do our best to fill the allocated space, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. You will be advised by us if you can rebook through the cancellation cover.If you need to cancel your activity because of accidental injury/illness to yourself, or a death in your immediate family you should contact us as it may be possible to re-arrange your activity on presentation of a medical or death certificate.
Prices
We reserve the right to change activity prices without notice, provided we inform you before the activity is booked. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is collected in full. there is no VAT payable on our recordings and experiences.Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
A person who is not named on the face of the Voucher or activity purchase letter has no right under the Contracts (Rights of third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms and conditions of booking.These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with Scottish law. The purchaser agrees that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. All the clauses and sub clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause.
