Iain "Produced prior to the computer installation at Offbeat this album of songs was recorded on 2x ADAT - 8 track recorders using an ATARI 1040 computer with Cubase for the programmed parts. The tracks were established using Allie's fantastic acoustic guitar skills along with a basic drum pattern. The drums were eventually replaced and Dave Haswell's percussion added realism. All tracks except Joe Louis were recorded as an album, the featured track was recorded before the album work commenced and was released as a single. The completed album was highly acclaimed.

A follow up instrumental acoustic guitar based album is currently underway, due for release in 2008".

The new album of acoustic guitar tracks played by this versatile and accomplished artist is currenlty being produced at the Offbeat studio in 2008. Guests on the new album include Ron Shaw (Cello) Frank Usher (guitar), Fraser Spiers on harmonica and Neil Warden on nylon string acoustic guitar. Rod Clements from Lindisfarne has guested on Allie's new album playing slide guitar on four tracks.
